Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Luxury Destinations Park City website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due prior to check-in unless otherwise arranged.
• Rates are subject to change and may vary based on season, duration of stay, and property.
• Additional fees, including cleaning fees and applicable taxes, will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and are specified at the time of booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to check-in may receive a full refund, minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations made 14–29 days prior to check-in may receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to check-in are generally non-refundable.
• Early departures are non-refundable.

Property Rules

• Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy listed for each property.
• No smoking is permitted inside any rental property.
• Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties and may require an additional pet fee.
• Guests are responsible for leaving the property in reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Events or parties require prior written approval.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional fees.

Liability & Damages

Luxury Destinations Park City acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and safety of our properties, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. A security deposit or damage protection plan may be required.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Luxury Destinations Park City and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Summit County, Utah.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
